Enable The Frame
In the summer of 2000, my close friends Kevin and Shiloh took me to go see Widespread Panic for the first time.  They were avid fans of the band and had to many of Panic's shows.  Kevin convinced me that Panic was a band that grabs the audience and pulls them in.  He was right.  I was hooked.  Since that first show in Dallas, I have been to many others such as those here in Texas as well as some in New Orleans, New York, and Atlanta.  I am continually drawn to the friendly, festive atmosphere and all the phreaks that celebrate the joys of life as we know it.  Concerts have become a reunion of sorts for friends that I have met spreading from Las Vegas to Orlando. After performing 80-100 nights a year for 15 years, the band is currently on a well-deserved vacation until the spring of 2005.  We will be there at their first show back, no matter where it is.  So if you see the flashing Texas Longhorn hat, that'll be me.
I have recently developed a website devoted specifically to all that is Widespread Panic, including streaming audio, photos, downloads and forums.
